Description
The clip gets screwed or hammered securely on the uncovered frame itself with its mouth opening facing away from the middle of the frame on two opposite sides. A spring then gets pulled tight from one side to the other with the clip hooking it and holding it.
Once the spring is the ideal tension the clip mouth gets hammered closed to keep everything in place.
Can be used on wooden frames, plastic frames and metal frames alike. This clip can be called an "E" clip or sometimes even a Sofa Spring clip.
