These rotary cutters are an excellent addition to your sewing experience. Size is based off of the blade diameter. We have refills available, it's recommended to have a few extra just in case. The cutter comes with one blade already in. The refill pack has 3 inside. Use with cation the cutter is very sharp, for safety reasons please dispose of old blades properly.
